Cancellation Policy
Please give us 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you no-show your appointment, you will be required to leave a deposit for future appointments; 100% deposit for haircut services, $100 deposit for all color services. If you do not wish to leave a deposit you are welcome to call to schedule an appointment morning of.
Refund Policy
We DO NOT offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact Infinity Salon within one week of your service and your stylist will be more than happy to make an adjustment based on your vision.
